How to find a group payment in my PSP dashboard?

Look up all transactions for a group

To lookup a group of payments in your PSP dashboard is quite simple. Every group payment has an associated id which is stored in each customer's transaction statement. So by entering the group payment ID on your dashboard and filtering by reference, you are easily able to find all the transactions related to a single group payment.

Lookup a single customers transactions

Similar to above, we also store each customers ID within each transaction statement. So if you combine both the group payment ID and customer ID in the search field, you can find all the transactions made by a single customer.
