Once created, you will be able to access your dashboard as shown below
Connect your payment processor(s)
Before you can start taking any payments through the Hands In platform, you must connect at least one of your existing payment processors. To do this simply go to Dashboard > Payment Gateways > Catalogue (shown below).
Click "Connect" on the payment processor you would like to connect* to your Hands In account and follow the instructions displayed to complete the connection, this could include filling out credentials, API Keys and other details. Once you have established at least one connection, it will show on Dashboard > Payment Gateways > Connected and you will be ready to start creating payments. If you use multiple payment processors, you can click here to learn more about managing and configuring multiple payment processors.
*If you do not see the payment processor you would like to connect to available on the catalogue page, please reach out to our team at [email protected].
Configure your brand settings (recommended but optional)
You can configure settings at Dashboard > Settings (shown below). We recommend you add your company name and logo as this is used by certain payment methods to display to your customers. You can also set the default currency and language information on your dashboard will be shown in, note that this does not affect the currency you take payments in.
